Carmelita's is owned and operated by the Florian Family, locals to the Central Oregon area for over 25 years. Led by Victor Florian, who has been in the food and beverage industry for over 35 years holding extensive knowledge in various cuisines. Victor started his business back in 2021 as a caterer and decided to fulfill his lifelong dream of opening his own business that serves authentic Mexican food. Alongside his wife, Alma, and four kids, they are dedicated to serving Michoacan-style tacos and more made with fresh, local ingredients captivating a little bit of Mexico's culinary history and flavors. Using recipes of Carmelita, Victor's late mother who always exuded kindness to those around her. The Florian's hope that every time you leave, you walk away knowing you'll be back again soon!
